Bridget Bennett is researching private community wastewater systems in Scotland, with a focus on 1) how they are managed and supported and 2) how they could be more innovative and effective.

Her research seeks to address the challenges communities face in accessing the correct information, technology and support for their off-mains wastewater systems. Bridget Bennett is also looking at what needs to happen to support those communities, and is asking owners to share their experiences, so that her research can help deliver the right pathways to the right solutions.
